Question 1

Are these real people?

Accepted Answer

No. Every companion is a fictional AI persona for adults 18+. Nothing here is a real person or a real photo of one.

Question 2

What shows up on my card statement?

Accepted Answer

Charges appear as DIRTYGIRLMOM* PRO. Nothing with the site name.

Question 3

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time from your profile in one click. Email support@dirtygirl.mom within 7 days of a charge for a full refund.

Question 4

How does the free chat work?

Accepted Answer

Every visitor gets a handful of free messages with no signup, then a larger daily allowance with a free account. Pro removes the daily limit and unlocks the full roster.

Question 5

Is this private?

Accepted Answer

Chats are tied to your account, not shared publicly, and billing shows a discreet descriptor — see the statement question above.
